High-stimulant product: This pre-workout supplement contains caffeine and other active ingredients designed to support training intensity. It is intended exclusively for healthy adults engaged in regular physical exercise.
Caffeine content: Pre-workout products typically contain 150–400 mg of caffeine per serving — equivalent to 1.5 to 4 cups of coffee. Always check the label for the exact amount. Daily caffeine intake from all sources should not exceed 400 mg for healthy adults, or 200 mg for pregnant or breastfeeding women (EFSA guidance).
