At Built Not Given, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Built Not Given is a trading name of JD Mania LTD, based in Ireland.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 10:00am are usually processed the same working day. Orders placed after this time may be processed on the following working day.
Orders placed on Fridays after 10:00am, weekends, or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped using DPD or a trusted courier partner.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will then receive delivery updates directly from the courier.
