About creatine: Creatine is one of the most extensively researched sports supplements. It increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise — a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine (EFSA approved health claim, Regulation 432/2012).
Hydration: Creatine supplementation increases water retention in muscle cells. Drink at least 2–3 litres of water per day during use to support hydration and kidney function.
